Change of Mind
For change-of-mind refunds on unshipped or preorder items, a 6% fee applies to cover payment processing costs. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
Returns
You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
To qualify, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging — and you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase. Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, with the refund issued to your original payment method.
To begin a return, reach out through our official email. Once your request is approved, please ship the item back using the most economical method available. Items returned without an approved request can't be accepted. After we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether the refund has been approved. If it is, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method — keep in mind your bank or card provider may take some additional time to post it.
Damage & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can assess the situation and make it right. We may ask you to return damaged or defective items so we can diagnose the fault and continue improving our products.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
