Where do you ship?
From Taiwan to 28 countries across North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific. Rates shown at checkout. If your country isn't listed, ask — we may still arrange it.
What does the warranty cover?
One year from delivery on drivers, crossover, internal wiring and solder joints. Shell, faceplate, sockets and cables are paid repair: $150, $100 and $50.
Can I use my own cable?
Yes. Every NOWA and AURE monitor uses standard 0.78 mm 2-pin, so any aftermarket 2-pin cable fits.
Can I hear them first?
Where possible — our Dealers page lists shops carrying our monitors. If none are near you, tell us where you are.
